One Day One Command

Hello World,

I started a new service sending “one day one command” via sms to kanchilug members from on 13.06.2010 .

Right now I am sending this sms via 160by2.com.

So that we can send sms only upto 140 characters.

Actually we planned to execute this via normal mobile. We will send sms via mobile asap.

Initial announcement  Sms :

Hi. From today onwards,we are going to see ‘ONE DAY ONE COMMAND’ (ODOC) via sms. This command normally runs in all Linux/Unix os. This will help us.

First Command Sms :

One Day One Command: $ pwd . ‘print working directory’. This command will print the current directory’s full path. eg: pwd . Ans: /home/arul

Day-2:

One Day One Cmd: $cd /path.cd-change directory. To change our current working directory to another directory. eg: $cd /home. $pwd Ans:/home .

ODOC: $pwd Ans:/home. $cd /home/arul/Musics. $pwd Ans:/home/arul/Musics. By this way we can change our working directory. we have to give full path..

Today the no of contacts is increased from 90 to 100.
